The person submitting images for inclusion on The Gloucestershire Oracle, must own the copyright to the images or have permission from the copyright owner. By submitting such images you are giving permission for The Gloucestershire Oracle to display them on this website.
All charges payable by Advertisers for Services requested from The Gloucestershire Oracle shall be due and payable (and cleared by the bank if applicable) in advance of provision of the Services. All payment to be made in UK pounds sterling. If a Client's cheque is returned by the bank as unpaid, for any reason, the Client will be liable for a "returned cheque" charge.
Advertisers will be sent an invoice by email before their existing advertising period expires, inviting renewal of their advertisement. Any personal information you give will not be stored or used for any other reason than in connection with the Service requested. It will not be passed to any third party unless required by UK law - please see our privacy policy.
Pro-rata refunds will not be issued for Services that are cancelled before their expiry date.
Submissions to The Gloucestershire Oracle are logged and IP addresses recorded. Anyone submitting offensive or objectionable content or images will be reported to the relevant authority.
